On Edge Waterski & Wakeboard Training Centre (in conjunction with On Edge Waterski & Wakeboard Club) has been open for three successful seasons and just keeps getting better!
We teach students of all ages and all abilities from the youngest student be just 18 months old and the oldest being 87 years of age!
On the water all the attention is on you! There are no other boats, jetskis or fishing poles to get in your way. The water is always smooth and ready for you to rip it up! Our instructors are highend athletes that have all spend time over seas teaching and training themselves. So they are ready to pass on all that knowledge to you!
Kerry McHardie is our head coach, with nearly 10 years coaching experience working as an instructor she has a passion for the sport that comes across so strong. She loves coaching and that shows when she is in and boat and around the lake. She has had an elite world ranking of #29 and is hoping to make that a lot better in the near future. She is an exceptional instructor and boat driver and loves everything about waterskiing & wakeboarding!!
The ON EDGE TEAM also consists of Anne and Warren McHardie who work hard to keep the ski school going strong! We also have coaches coming from America, Australia, The U.K and all over New Zealand every season to coach and train with us, which is fantastic to have different opinions and advise... making your experience at ON EDGE the best it can possibly be!!
